Vince Russo:
Earn a knockout by hitting your opponent with the briefcase in the media center or parking lot in Hardcore Challenge mode.

Media Center:
Win the game in Hardcore Challenge mode and get the Hardcore belt. Then, play for the U.S. Title. The Media Center will be unlocked before you complete it. Go to it and complete it to make it available in Exhibition mode.

Parking Garage:
Win both the Hardcore and U.S. Titles and go the World Heavyweight. The Parking Garage will be unlocked before you complete it. Go to it and complete it to make it available in Exhibition mode.

Buff Bagwell:
Beat Buff Bagwell in Hardcore Challenge mode on the heavyweight level to unlock him.

Daffney:
Win the Hardcore Gauntlet as Sid.

Eric Bischoff:
Complete the Hardcore Challenge mode on the hard difficulty setting as Vince Russo.

General Rection:
Win the Hardcore Gauntlet as Sting.

Kimberly:
Complete Hardcore Challenge mode on the hard difficulty setting as Diamond Dallas Page.

Norman Smiley:
Give a created wrestler the Big Wiggle taunt. Then, choose that wrestler in the Hardcore Challenge on any difficulty setting. Do the Big Wiggle taunt at any time in any match.

Scott Hall:
Complete the Hardcore Challenge under the hard difficulty setting as Kevin Nash.

Rey Mysterio Jr.:
Defeat Rey Mysterio Jr. in Hardcore Challenge mode on the medium difficulty setting.

Alternate costumes:
To unlock any wrestlers hidden costume(s), win the Hardcore Challenge on any difficulty setting with that character.
