Increase Game Boy Tower speed:
Complete all cups in stadium mode or beat either Gym Leader Castle in Round 1 to unlock the Doduo sticker for the GB Tower, letting you play Pokémon Gold/Silver at double speed. Complete all cups or beat the Gym Leader Castle in Round 2 to unlock the Dodrio GB Tower, letting you play Pokémon Gold/Silver at hyper speed.

Alternate title screens:
Complete all cups in stadium mode to unlock a different title screen. Complete all cups in Round 2 to unlock another different title screen.

Rival Cup:
Complete all cups in stadium mode and beat all trainers in the Gym Leader Castles to unlock a special Rival Cup in the lower right hand corner of the main map. Choose it to fight against Mewtwo, Ho-oh, and Lugia.

Rare Pokémon:
Complete the Rival Cup in Round 1 to unlock a rare Farfetch'd with the Baton Pass. Complete the Rival Cup in Round 2 to unlock a Gligar with the Earthquake move.

Harder mini-games:
Challenge the computer to a mini-game battle on the hard difficulty setting and win the game to unlock the super hard difficulty.

Celebi as rental:
Unlock Round 2 to get Celebi as a rental Pokemon in the Prime Cup competition.

Farfetch'd with Baton Pass move:
Win the Rival Cup to get a Farfetch'd that knows the Baton Pass move.

Gligar with Earthquake move:
Win the Rival Cup in Round 2 to get a Gligar that knows the Earthquake move.

Doduo and Dodrio modes:
Beat all the Gym Leader Castle trainers or win all Stadium Cups in Round One to get the Doduo sticker for GB Tower and play Pokemon Gold or Silver faster. Beat all the Gym Leader Castle trainers or Stadium Cups in Round Two to get the Dodrio sticker for GB Tower and play Pokemon Gold or Silver at the fastest speeds.
