Rebellion has released the first patch for Judge Dredd: Dredd vs. Death, bringing this just-released futuristic FPS to v1.01. If you have checked out the latest Winamp 5 beta, you may have noticed the Winamp 5 Pro selection in the options menu. Here you can register for the Winamp 5 Pro features, some of them are unlimited cd ripping and burning speed, the ability to rip as an Mp3 and some other not specifically named features. If you don't register the ripping and burning will be limited to 2x. It seems this very popular freeware media player is not going to be so freeware in the near future. Nullsoft comments that Winamp Pro features cost Nullsoft money because they are licenced from other companies.

Microsoft has released Update Rollup 1 for Microsoft Windows XP. An update rollup is a cumulative set of hotfixes, security patches, critical updates, and updates that are packaged together for easy deployment.
