Level select:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "freedom.cfg" file in the game folder. Add the line "showmissions true" as the last entry in the file. Select the "Load Game" option to access any level in the game.

Cheat mode:
Note: This procedure involves editing a game file; create a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "action.cfg" file in the game folder. Add the line "bind tilde console" at the top of the file. Then, press ~ during game play and enter one of the following codes at the console screen to activate the corresponding cheat function.

Toggle enemy AI - toggleai

Toggle lock status of all doors - toggledoors

Toggle damage for all characters - toggledamage

Toggle if enemy detects you - toggledetection

Enemies have less shot accuracy - badguysarelousyshots.01

Spawn indicated item - gimme <item name>
